Police in Hackney are investigating allegations of the rape of a young boy on Oldhill Street, Stamford Hill.

A 42 year old man was arrested Monday, on suspicion of sexually assaulting the boy who is thought to be about 11 years old. The suspect remains in custody at an East London police station.

Detectives from the Met’s sexual offences, exploitation and child abuse command (SOECA) are involved in the investigation.

This morning, accounts and views of a New York based Rabbi on the incident, surfaced on The Duchess of Hackney Blog.

  1. Why aren’t the police admitting the religion of the person involved? Stamford Hill is heavily ultra orthodox that’s why. Political correctness keeps them in fear of printing FACTS.
