Two men and a 16 year old charged in connection the shooting death of 16 year old Agnes Sina-Inakoju last April, will go on trial at the Old Bailey in October.
Mohammed Smoured, 20, from London Fields and Leon Dunkley, 21, from Lower Clapton are charged with murder and possession of a firearm with intent to endanger life. The 16 year old from Hackney, who can not be named for legal reasons, has been accused of hiding the weapon used in her murder (a 9mm sub-machine gun) and a second gun.
Agnes was shot through her neck on April 14, as she stood in line to be served inside a chicken and chips take-away in Hoxton. She died 2 days later and police believe she was never the intended target of the gunmen.
The trial will begin 18th October and is expected to last 4 weeks.
