“Business Coach” Denise Rawls and husband Cory of Clapton has stolen our name

DENISE RAWLS

DENISE RAWLS

UPDATE: HACKNEY POLICE BROKE MY DOOR DOWN LAST AUTUMN TO ARREST ME BECAUSE OF TWO ANGRY EMAILS I SENT THIS BITCH 2YEARS AGO. I HAVE NOT HAD ANYTHING TO DO WITH THE FRAUD NAMED DENISE RAWLS, OTHER THAN THOSE INITIAL EMAILS..

They say imitation is the sincerest form of flattery. That may be the case, but when someone in your locale decides to use the same name of an entity you own, as the name for their newly launched business, I’d call that downright stupid and stealing. If that wasn’t bad enough, she’s going around bad mouthing me. I’ve never met this person, but she’s been aware of Hackney Hive, since she lives in Hackney and has followed us on Twitter for at least five years.

I had to put Hackney Hive on hiatus because there just aren’t enough hours in the day and my main priority is my business, but intend to revive it at some point.  However, there is still a local business directory where you can list your business. I’ll be changing the settings on the Event and Gig page, so that your events can be listed without approval. As it is, I don’t check, so there are hundreds of events that have gone unlisted.

Scam artist Denise Rawls is planning to hold Business Coaching seminars in her Upper Clapton home (hope she has council permission and has sorted out health and safety, cramming people into a home could have all sorts of dire consequences should a fire break out). I’ve always had a low opinion of life coaches, business coaches and the likes, but her actions just reaffirms my believe, that most of them are charlatans preying on stupid and gullible people.

Thieving Denise Rawls new gig is called “The Hackney Hive” and she has also registered the domain name. I have been Hackney Hive since 2010 and it’s plain to see this was no accident. Denise Rawls is intentionally using the name of an established entity to boost her new gig.

Her “bite size” seminars will be conducted at 34 Ickburgh Road, Flat B, London, E5 8AD should you wish to attend. Cake and coffee will be served.

Dates: 5, 8, 12, 15 October 1-4pm

I will be updating this page shortly.

I have been in almost that same situation so I feel for you. It is almost gut wrenching when someone does that however as a consultant, volunteer PSYTB mentor to students & young entrepreneurs and professional business coach I find your comments somewhat insulting.

Just as a sport coach helps take a great athlete to exceptional heights I have helped many business owners get to where they want by helping them see their blind spots, holding them accountable to their own goals and working with them to define and develop sustainable systems to enable business growth beyond themselves.

I know I have helped business increase their profits well beyond what they have paid me in fees. Why would you label me a charlatan purely because I am a certified business coach when you have no idea how much I may or may not have helped develop a business and dig the owner out of a hole.

    Seems somewhat prejudiced.

Are you ok? I couldn’t help notice your Twitter blow up, I am very concerned and hope you get it sorted.

Well at least you got a free ad out of this. You all are a dime a dozen.
