Last year 77 pedestrians and 16 cyclists were killed on London’s streets so Boris’ and TfL’s decision to remove a large numbers of pedestrian crossings seems totally crazy. This afternoon – 4.30 onwards until at least 6pm – people will be demonstrating to save the crossing in Shoreditch. A zebra and a donkey, yeah, a real live donkey, will be there to support us. Come too! http://bit.ly/A978nM
