Louise Cattell death not suspicious

21 year old Louise Cattell died at her Upper Clapton flat

Police say they are not treating the death of the 21 year old, found dead in her Evering Road, Upper Clapton flat on Wednesday 2nd March, as suspicious.

It is believed Ms Cattell was found in her bath tub by friends who called emergency services, but was unresponsive and pronounced dead at the scene. A post mortem carried out the following day shows she died from drowning and vomiting. Toxicology results are pending.

Four people – a 22 yr old woman and three men believed to be in their 20′s, who had allegedly been at the flat before her death, were arrested. The woman was arrested on suspicion of possession with intent to supply Class C drug – ketamine and all three men were arrested on suspicion of possession of ketamine. All have been bailed to return to an East London police station on 11 April, pending further inquiries.

Ms Cattell who attended the same private girls school in London as Sienna Miller, Jemima Khan, actress Joan Collins and her sister Author Jackie Collins, worked as a Visual Merchandiser at the  New Look Oxford Circus store.  She also helped organise fashion events in her capacity as a Production Assistant for INCA productions and was a part time DJ.

Her mother and father who live in Switzerland posted an obituary in the Telegraph that read:

“On 2nd March our darling girl in a tragic accident. Daughter of Ross and Vicky (Unwin), sister to Tommy. So dearly loved by so many, young and old, her loss is unbearable and the brightest of lights is extinguished. A celebration of her 21 years will be held in the summer”.

Over 200 people attended Ms Cattells funeral service yesterday, with many paying tributes to her via their social networks pages.
