Dalston Junction Cyclist Dies

The accident scene

The man involved in a collision with a lorry at Kingsland Rd, Dalston Junction on Wednesday, died at an East London Hospital at approximately 3:00 pm this afternoon (Friday 4 February).  He is thought to be in his 20′s.

Witnesses said he was hit by a left turning lorry ending with he and his bike going under the lorry.

No arrests have been made and police are still investigating.

A post mortem will be carried out.

    Very sad whenever a fellow cyclist dies in this way. RIP
