On the 200th Anniversary of Mexican Independence, Hackney residents are invited to a unique Latin Farm Party organised by a local Latin American Community Project. The group was founded by Olimpia Tissier 23yrs old, a local resident, at the beginning of 2010, with the intention of celebrating Latin American Culture in East London.
The party will kick off with a hot Latin dance performance. Local residents can try their hands at Sexy salsa moves or Sensual Bachata, the latest dance craze taking Latin London by storm. There will be Capoeira performances as well as a Pablo the Mexican Mariachi performing a selection of Mexican Ballads. Rosa’s Kitchen will be adding a little spice to the celebration with delicious homemade Mexican food. Kids can have a go at art activities which include carnival mask making. There will also be a small craft fair with a mix of beautiful products.
