Police Called To Stoke Newington Squatter Eviction

Eviction underway outside house on Shakespeare Walk, N16

Picked up on Twitter.

Police were on hand outside a Hackney owned terraced house on Shakespeare Walk this morning, as the council attempted to evict defiant squatters from a townhouse.

The police gave the squatters until 10 am to vacate the building.

Word is they are out and the house is boarded up.
