New Alcohol Recovery Centre to open in Tudor Grove

A new alcohol recovery service in Tudor Grove will open for residents of the City and Hackney on 1 April.
The Grove Alcohol Recovery Centre, 17-20 Tudor Grove, E9, will be operated by East London Foundation Trust (ELFT) in partnership with Lifeline, and will provide up to 750 people with free structured support each year.
The service, which will operate from 11.30am-5.30pm on Mondays, 10am-8pm Tuesdays & Wednesdays, 10am-5.30pm Thursdays & Fridays and 10am-2pm Saturdays, will accept both drop-in clients and referrals from health services and partners.
Each individual attending the recovery centre will be assessed, and given a bespoke care plan according to their individual needs and preferences, and service users will be offered support on either a one-to-one, small or large group basis.
